Delivery Information

That’s Furniture.co.uk will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you provide us for delivery at the time you place your order. All items are dispatched within 24 – 72hrs, unless otherwise stated.

You will receive a dispatch email with details of your delivery method and estimated time of arrival. It is really important that we have the correct contact details on your order to ensure carriers can contact you to book in delivery and to avoid any delays with deliveries.

Deliveries are conducted on Weekdays only. We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you. If, however, it is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.

Delivery times quoted on the website are for delivery to postcodes which fall within our normal delivery areas. Should your postcode fall outside our normal delivery area, delivery times may vary. We will inform you of this when confirming acceptance of your order. All deliveries are signed for.

If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange delivery at a future date.
Please note that failed deliveries with the Pallet Delivery or 2 man Service or 2 failed attempts with the Express carrier will incur a re-delivery charge of per attempt.

Express Carrier - £10 per re-attempt after the 2nd re-attempt

Pallet Delivery - £45 for each reattempt

2 Man Service - £40 for items up to 32kg, £60 for items up to 83kg £75 for all other items

If you choose not to have the item re-delivered the charge will be subtracted from the refund amount (other charges may apply).

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery The Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra cost incurred by Thatsfurniture.co.uk through the Buyers instructions or lack of instructions or through failure or delay in taking delivery.

Express Carrier – Offer a fully track able service operating on a next working day delivery basis. The items are to the door step only. A signature is required with this delivery method.

Pallet Delivery – Offers a Kerbside Pallet delivery within 2 -3 working days in most instances to UK Mainland, other area maybe subject to longer lead times. This is one of the quickest ways we have found to deliver and with the items being strapped to a pallet it lessens the risk of damage as it is manhandled less.


The carrier local to your area will contact you directly to book in delivery on a day best for yourself. On the day of delivery they will attempt to call ahead of delivery but please note this may not always be possible. The pallet/s will be set down as close to the property as possible, they are unable to breakdown the pallet or take items inside the property or around the back of the property due to insurance reasons. The pallet is a part of the packaging and will need to be disposed of by yourself.


**We appreciate this method may not be suitable for everyone, we have the option of a 2 man service also (listed below) – please contact us on 0121 667 2755 as soon as possible to let us know and we can change the delivery method for you.**


2 Man Service – Offers a 2 man service with delivery within 5 – 7 working days. The carrier will contact you directly to book in delivery and on the day before they will provide a time slot. Upon arrival the drivers will deliver the items to a room of choice ( limited to the first floor only), you will have the option for them to unpack the item which is recommended as any damage can be reported at that point.

With any deliveries please ensure you check all visible packaging and where possible the goods before signing for them. Please note down any damage to the boxes or items on the POD so this information is on record. Please also inform us on 0121 667 2755 within 24hours of any damage, so we can liaise with the carrier and arrange any exchanges which may be required.
